About me…
I’m Emily, mum of two energetic boys, certified personal trainer, and creator of The Fit Mum Formula.
Years ago, I was stuck in the cycle of yo-yo diets, quick fixes, and cardio that never worked. I was frustrated, tired, and constantly second-guessing myself — even though I was trying so hard.
Eventually, I realised: it’s not about doing more — it’s about doing what works.
Now, with over 8 years of experience, coaching 100’s of women, and having been through this journey myself (twice postpartum!), I help busy mums lose weight, build strength, and keep their results — without giving up their lifestyle, sanity, or sleep.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, flexibility, and finally finding something that works.
