Over our 10 weeks together, this incredible mum of twin babies showed up for herself again and again - even through a holiday, child sickness, her own illness, and all the broken sleep that comes with motherhood. We focused on building flexible, sustainable habits that could bend without breaking when life got busy.
She followed a simple daily food structure so she knew when she was eating, prepped proteins and planned weekday meals, while keeping things more relaxed at the weekend. We prioritised whole foods packed with protein and fibre to support her energy and keep her feeling full.
She also increased her daily steps in a realistic way and slotted in short home resistance workouts whenever she could - even small efforts added up. What mattered most was her consistency, not perfection.
There were so many moments where stopping would have been the easier choice - but through encouragement, accountability, and a “keep going” mindset, she stayed on track and made amazing progress. We worked together to make sure the plan could flex with her life, and she proved just how powerful that kind of consistency can be.
